Here's how it works:

  1. We make first contact. Not in an alien way, there are no tractor beams or probing involved (usually). Get in touch by sending me an email/message, and we can communicate via email, phone, WhatsApp, or video call to discuss what you need. I'll get to know you and your brand, including any existing posts on your blog and your goals.
  2. Each month, you tell me what you're looking for in your blog posts. Ideally, you would send me written briefs or notes (it doesn't have to be long), or we can have a short monthly phone call. You can also send me a WhatsApp voice or text message. At the very least, a main keyword or topic will give me something to go on.
  3. I beaver away and get your posts written. I'll optimise them with any keywords you send me, use your/your brand's voice, and include an SEO title and meta description.
  4. Your posts land in your inbox. I usually send Google Docs, but I can also send a .docx or other file types. Read them at your leisure and let me know what you think. I'll make any edits if necessary.
  5. You pay at the end of the month, once you're happy with your content (except in the first month, when I ask you to pay a 50% deposit upfront and the rest at the end of the month).

How long should my blog posts be?

That depends on your goals and what type of blog posts you're looking for. Shorter posts are great for easily digestible, quick reads, while longer posts provide more in-depth, engaging content (and they're even better for SEO). If you're not sure, I can help you decide. Don't worry, I won't push you into posts that are longer than necessary!

How many posts do I need each month?

Sorry to be repetitive but...it depends! For best results in terms of SEO and engagement, I recommend at least one post per week. But if you're on a budget or don't feel the ned to post as frequently, two posts per month is the absolute minimum (do as I say, not as I do...)

Can I order a custom package?

Yep! Just get in touch and let me know what you're looking for in terms of number of posts, frequency, and length.

How does payment work?

In the first month, I ask you to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your package. You'll pay the balance at the end of the first month, then I'll invoice you at the end of the following months. You'll receive an invoice each time, and you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

How does pricing work?

I've worked out the pricing for my basic packages based on my hourly rate of £35. Plus, you get a discount when you sign up for a regular package, compared to ordering ad hoc pieces of content.

Do I have to sign up for a minimum length of time?

I ask for a minimum commitment of three months, since you save money with a package.
